Adjustable forming system
With one film bag forming system is possible to wrap multiple sizes of packages, which will reduce to the maximum the use of toolings
Unfolded shrink sleeve film
The Vesker Series uses polyethylene unfolded shrink sleeve film. Avoiding the use of folded shrink sleeve film will allow to double its lasting time.
Control panel
The control panel is integrated in the Vesker module. It’s intuitive touch screen facilitates the machine operator go through the packaging process step by step.
Fans
Our standard tunnel has two fans for hot air redistribution getting a uniform shrink package.
Conveyor
The transport system of the tunnel is made of silicone roller. This avoids heat losses and favors maximum use of the heat generated within the heating chamber.
Heating chamber
The heating chamber three meters in length ensures maximum exposure time to the package on the heat getting an increase in production speed and better quality shrink.
Isolation
The isolation of the heating chamber minimizes heat losses inside and lowers the temperature in all outer surface avoiding burns on contact.
Efficiency
